Terms & Conditions

The property operates : 1 May - 10 October.
Any person making a reservation must be over the age of 18, Hold a Current Passport or Identity Card for the duration of their stay.

Room Rates:

The apartment rates listed on our website correspond to the total apartment rate overnight (in Euros).Price includes: air-conditioning, linen/towels, cleaning, WiFi access, free parking and local taxes. The hotel Philippos reserves the right to alter the prices and offers listed on the website at any time without prior notice.

Linen/towels provided from our hotel, every 3 days. More times available, up on request (surcharge).
Cleaning service, every 2nd day. Kitchen cleaning at check in/out, included in price.
Kitchen cleaning during your accomodation available, up on request (surcharge).
Air condition provided free of charge, while the guests are into the apartment.
Extra use of A/C, costs 5 € per day.


Payments and Reservation Method:

 All reservations through the website, by email require a deposit of 30% of the total reservation value and never less than 2 nights.

In case of reservation, you will have to fill to contact us first ( filling our inquiry form or e-mail,) to confirm the exact dates with us. Then a booking deposit 30% from the total amount, should be paid by:
a) Credit card at our secure online page.
b) We accept credit cards (VISA, Euro/Master Card)
c) Bank wire transfer to our bank account with the Alpha Bank.


The balance can be paid for your accommodation in cash or by credit card Visa, Euro/Mastercard.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

After this, you will receive our e-mail, which confirms your reservation!
Please note that all the costs of the bank transfer are yours, they are not included to the rent.
Balance due on arrival or during your holidays, at least 2 days before check out.

Damages and Personal Liability.

Philippos Hotel will not be held responsible in any way for loss and/or damage to any personal belongings of the guest at the apartment nor will it be liable for the acts or defaults caused by third parties. Guests are advised to ensure their own insurance policies to cover loss or damage to personal property during their stay.We do not insure guests personal belongings, also our own losses due to guests leaving open windows, doors etc which is not covered by our insurance policies, may be recovered from the guest responsible. We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage to guests belongings in the event of a break in, fire, or any other such incidence. This extends to guests vehicles parked on the premises. If a guest is to park his or her car in the parking, they do so at their own risk.
The Guest must ensure all minors in the Apartment are supervised at all times to ensure their own safety and that of others in the building., the Company reserves the right to insist that an appropriate adult is in attendance at all times, in the event of safety issues or noise disturbance to others guests.
Limited do not accept any responsibility for Guests' possessions whilst they are staying in our properties. We take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety and that of your possessions but advise due diligence on your part whilst recommend you arrange suitable insurance cover.
Philippos Hotel under no circumstances takes any liability to personal injuries or damages sustained by guests staying in its apartments. Guests confirm that they have personal insurance that will protect them against any injuries sustained while residing in any apartment.

Extension of Stay.
In case our clients wish to extend their stay in our Hotel, they should contact the Hotel manager. Such an extension is possible only after consultation with the Hotel manager.


•           If booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
•           If booking is cancelled or modified less than 30 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the booking will be charged to your credit card.
•           In case of an early departure, 50% of the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.
•           In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds.
All children are welcome. 
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots/cribs.
All children under 12 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds
Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cots in a room is 1 and is free.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.


Check-in / Check-out Policy
Check-in time is between 1pm with check-out time at 11am. Arrivals between 9am - 1pm can be accepted without charge, subject to room availability.  Check out can be extended up to 1PM without any charge, subject to room availability. For late check out till 18:00, are charged an extra 50% from the contracted rate will be applicable. After 18:00 a full room rate is paid.

Pets are not allowed.

Luggage Storage
Luggages can be safely kept in the hotel until time of departure.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
